Tech was great, did a fine job. No mess, easy, friendly. Was surprised at the bill, would suggest that HH provide an estimate next time so Im not surprised.

I totally understand your concern and in talking with our dispatcher, it looks like the last tech did lay out what this year's new prices would be, but that was last year, and details like that could easily be missed for sure after that long.
