Hendrix Heating and AC were fantastic! Quick, efficient, kind! I appreciate the communication in sending tracking info so I can see when the tech was coming. As well as sending text confirmation of the appointment and a picture of the technician coming. I am a female home with 3 small children at the time of the appointment so I appreciate the safety aspect of being able to confirm who was coming into my home was the right person! He wore shoe covers into the house-I appreciate the thoughtfulness! Worked quickly, communicated thoroughly, and fixed the problem! Thank you!
