My questions were answer, installers took care to cover any areas and cleaned up before leaving.

I found the capacitor for the upstairs unit testing bad. The contactor is burnt from high starting amps. I replaced the capacitor and added a true soft inrush. The inrush bypasses the contactor and starts the compressor itself. The unit is operating properly at this time. Recommended maintenances on both systems to prevent future issues with the systems.
Ductwork replacement and insulation in Avondale
Performed cool home cooling maintenance on 2021 Trane Hp split system. No found issues at time of visit. Rinse outdoor coil. System operating properly at manufacturer specifications.
Condensate leaking from bathroom vent. Air handler and secondary pan both install wrong and not leveled correctly. Condensate from unit not flowing correctly due to unit not being installed properly causing condensation to go into secondary pan. Pan is not installed properly to slope towards drain hole. All condensation is flowing straight to back on pan and overflow into attic causing leak in bathroom. Advised homeowners of findings and best solutions to resolve issue. Homeowner decided to go with new pan and float switch replacement. Also noticed some bad duct work and detached duct work recommend Enery Audit to homeowners. I did get some water out of pan and away from where overflow was coming from.
mini split 20 seer mitsubishi and Summer Heat Shield insulation with heat pump install
Air balance. Adjusted dampers to increase air in master bath.
I gave estimates to replace the secondary pan P-trap and add a safety switch. The homeowner wanted to clear the condensate and look over the other estimate, possibly wanting to replace the system.
Performed summer tuneup on Trane. Heat pump, split system, system, running within manufacture specifications. Unit is brand new did not find any issues with system or concerns. However, homeowner and I did talk about potentially adding a N rush device to unit to lower the starting amps and help maintain a healthy compressor for years to come. I also gave some history that Trane used to install these from the factory and no longer do unit running at departure with an 80° temperature differential.
The unit had a bad dual capacitor and the outdoor fan motor was over Amping. The case temperature was good at 130°. I replace the capacitor. The unit is operating properly.
