Performed a platinum cool home visit. I found the system is operating with high static pressures from a return duct that is too small for the system. I spoke with the homeowner and explained the situation and he’s apprised of the issue. The contactor was burnt and the thermostat leads are sun rotten from being exposed to sunlight. The homeowner wanted to install a smart thermostat, so I verified wiring and connected the C wire. I repaired the thermostat leads on the roof and replace the contactor. I installed an ecobee and verified operations. I removed the old mailbox post and concrete footer. I cut the post off of the stand and welded on a new post. I set the new post and mailbox. The homeowner wanted more information on operations of her thermostat. I went over the thermostat and discovered the unit was wired two-stage. I switched the thermostat and unit back to adaptive mode. The unit is operating properly.

Performed a platinum cool home visit in cooling. The unit is operating properly. The homeowner wanted a proposal for insulating the garage door and renewing the platinum plan. The homeowner is interested in paying on the existing financing. I checked with Rachel and the homeowner can move forward under the financing and has $5000 available.
Performed maintenance on two package units. One was 21 years old and the other was only a few years old. The older unit has a contactor that needs to be replaced and I recommend adding a in rush device because the starting amps were very high. Also, unit did not have a drain clean out or safety switch. The other unit they said was about three years old. However, the label was gone and I had no information. The capacitor really needs to be replaced because it’s gonna be bad very soon. The homeowner said they have a lot of dust in the home, I went in the attic to look at their ductwork, but they have two main trunks that come down and goes to hard duck work. The insulation was not in the best condition, and I told them that would be beneficial to address, especially if they decide to replace that unit. I explained to them the Reme halo is very beneficial and would help reduce the dust around home as well. I will send them estimates to repair some of these items, but Ryan is going to come
