Eric and the whole team was excellent. Everyone was very personable and professional. And on time and great communication. A+ service
Arrived to home Checked thermostat Set for 72 Checked unit Found burnt C wire to compressor 2 - inrush kits installed (1-kickstart) Dual capacitor at 0/30&0/5 *fan motor may fail due to capacitor **compressor may fail due to having 2 inrush kits installed Performed repairs Had to cool compressor with water Inrush kit Amrad capacitor
Air handler is leaking water. Drained as much water possible. This issue appears to be on going. Draining water out is only a temporary fix. Recommendation is to run a new line. System is cooling at departure.
Visit 2 of maintenance plan done in cooling. 2 gas split units. Master unit was found with a faulty secondary pan and vent on drain pipe is too low, also on this unit the vent to the furnace has leaks and is a health concern. East unit has primary line clogged and second span needs re leveling. Both nits cooling at departure.
Arrived to home Found vent too low Drain plugged Water damaged wood and drywall Restoration company to do repairs on drywall and wood Sent quote for pump to eliminate drain issues in future due to termination point being ground level
The home has a ductwork issue. The upstairs is getting satisfied at 74° and the downstairs is staying hot 82 to 85°. I checked the system and found it properly charged and is producing a low temperature split of 16°. The true gauge readings and charge will need to be evaluated once the ductwork issues are resolved on the system to verify proper charge.
Arrived to home Checked thermostat Checked filter Flushed drain Checked system operations Cleaned condenser System operating normal at this time
I found 1 60a fuse had failed at disconnect. I checked and tightened all electrical connections, verified capacitors, and checked operation. System did start with higher than rated starting amps. But system overall is operating within desired ranges. System is operating fine at this time, would recommend soft start in rush kit to help lower starting amps and offer further protection to compressor.
I installed both ecobee thermostats and wired them in with a two-stage option. I change the outdoor capacity setting to its lowest setting of 4 tons. I change the indoor blower speed to low low. I put the Y2 call on blower speed low medium both units are now producing a better temperature split. However, the unit with the supply dock tapped off the end does not perform as well as the other unit unit. Units are operating properly for conditions at this time

The unit had a bad capacitor from high starting amperage. I replaced the capacitor and added a true soft inrush kit to help prevent further issues. The unit is operating properly at this time. I find the unit was showing a slight undercharged. I found the king valves, not back seated, and the service valves failing leaking Freon. I replaced the service valves and backseat of the king valves. I charge the unit back to factory specifications.
Arrived to home Set system to cooling Customer mentioned water leak in master bedroom (not from AC - approx 25’ away from drain lines) Found drain line not level with no float switches in place Inrush amps severely elevated Mechanically system good (pressures and temp splits good)
