Matt displayed professional appearance and conduct. Seasonal maintenance identified several items that should be addressed on a seven year old system. Based on interactions with many various contractors, I have confidence in Matt's diagnosis, solutions, and work. Rating "cost / pricing of service" is subjective sans a known cost for the same work from another contractor. Therefore, I will omit that rating.

Adjusted the microwave for unit is operating properly
Performed A/C check up on split system and package unit. Split system capacitor measured low homeowner will like to see if she can get part replaced under warranty before paying out of pocket. Replaced capacitor 45/5 on package unit, recommended other repairs for package unit. homeowner will hold off on repairs for now. Both systems operating at time of departure.

Performed cool home cooling maintenance on Goodman gas split system. System operating properly at manufacturer standards
The homeowner described a screeching sound from the condensing unit. I observed operations and found the outdoor fan motor is overheating at this time, but also observed an adjacent unit that has a very bad motor for another unit that is causing the screeching sound. I went over the options for changing the motor out due to its high heat and low ambient temperature. This motor will be shutting down during the hotter parts of the summer the homeowner is going to call later and move forward when it’s a more convenient to replace the motor

The unit has a burnt contactor and was welding shut while I was checking the system. The unit is under charged and the indoor coil is leaking and needs replaced. I attached proposals for unit replacement or repairs on the unit
Install new EEV step motor and control board at air handler. After installation of new EEV system still was having issue. Found that system is undercharged, leak at evap coil. Recharge system with 5lbs 410A today to get homeowner cooling til new coil is installed.

Performed a check in cooling. The unit is operating to factory specifications. The homeowners are not wanting a maintenance program at this time.
The master bedroom unit was on hard lockout. The unit does not have a crank case heater. The unit has been down since last December when the homeowners tried to run it in heating. The unit went on hard lockout trying to start with liquid Freon inside the compressor. I checked the system and found it slightly under charged and all four service port leaking Freon. The contactor was burnt, and the unit has high starting amps. I replace the valves, charge the system and installed an inrush kit along with a new contactor. EEV stuck closed. Could not manually open eev to get system to operate. Will need to replace eev and eev control board. Under warranty
