I needed to redo entire AC system and change location. Ideal Air was able to redesign it and address all my concern. They are highly skilled and professional. Job was done within the timeframe and original set. They went above and beyond making sure the house is protected from any construction dust or scratches.

Matt displayed professional appearance and conduct. Seasonal maintenance identified several items that should be addressed on a seven year old system. Based on interactions with many various contractors, I have confidence in Matt's diagnosis, solutions, and work. Rating "cost / pricing of service" is subjective sans a known cost for the same work from another contractor. Therefore, I will omit that rating.

Performed a membership visit and heating. The unit is operating properly at this time. The homeowner was interested in whole home air purification and I left proposal for a Reme zero Cool Membership visit: Inspect condensate drain line System temperature split Test indoor & outdoor capacitors Check compressor & fan motors Inspect control boards Check electrical connections Inspect fan blade system Check system static pressure Clean or replace filters Inspect duct connections & insulation levels
Compressor failure, need to order for repair. Unit down is to the casita. Run Tru equipment.
The unit was wired improperly at the thermostat. The conversation line was clogged. I wired the thermostat properly and cleared the condensate line. The units operating properly.
Insulation installation in North Phoenix
Electrical company was working on home/ installing panels. Error codes indicated loss of communication to outdoor unit. Once power was restored to the equipment the alerts went away.
Performed inspection in heating on 2 units. Amazing visit today, no issues found. Renewal options on memberships are attached for warranty purposes.
No heating call. Upon arrival system was operational. Attempted to recreate issue but was not able to. Homeowner stated it has occurred in the past 2 days early in the morning except for today. He hears the system power up for about 10-20 seconds then power off, and will continue this way, he only feel cold air. I have attached a list of possibilities. If issue persist or worsens we will need to come back out. If system only acts up in the morning we will want to schedule appt closest to that time. System operating at time of departure.

Performed inspection on 4 units in heating. No issues found on the equipment, but noted homeowner about the high air pressure readings. It is advised to conduct a duct audit due to the high static pressures that were registered on today’s visit. Both the main home and master bedroom units are exceeding the max rating. This can impact components on the long run and is impacting the efficiency of what they could be outputting. Recommended replacement of parts have been attached but an appointment with our comfort advisor has also been scheduled for equipment and duct install. Both units heating at departure.
