I needed to redo entire AC system and change location. Ideal Air was able to redesign it and address all my concern. They are highly skilled and professional. Matt displayed professional appearance and conduct. Seasonal maintenance identified several items that should be addressed on a seven year old system. Based on interactions with many various contractors, I have confidence in Matt's diagnosis, solutions, and work. Rating "cost / pricing of service" is subjective sans a known cost for the same work from another contractor. Therefore, I will omit that rating.

System in need of a compressor. Homeowner stated compressor has Ben swapped out a few years ago by another company once already. I have recommended to also consider new equipment replacement. We will be scheduling an appointment for new install options.

I found the unit low on charge. The king valves were not back seated and seeping Freon. I back seated the valves in charge the unit back to factory specifications. I cleared the condensate line with a gallo gun as per homeowner request. The unit is operating properly at this time.

The unit blew the compressor plug out of the compressor, and the compressor will need to be replaced.

Main home unit is not operating. With further investigation found that the air handler is not receiving power. There is no voltage present at the wall receptacle. It is recommended to reach out to an electrician.
