A couple of months ago Ideal replaced my insulation, and air sealed my attic. Yesterday they were back to install an ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system. Everything Idea does is best in class. They went above and beyond to help me get the HOA Architectural Request approved, quickly scheduled the installation once the project was approved, and everyone on the work crew was absolutely delightful. Big recommend for Ideal from me.

Ideal is, well, idea. Seriously. The response to my original RFQ was fast, as was scheduling. The technician was right on time and really cool about explaining everything to me so I understood my options (he provided Good, Better, Best). All around great experience. Highly recommend.

Performed inspection in heating. Great maintenance visit. Briefly touched up on the membership renewal options. They are attached to view for warranty purposes.
The indoor blower motor is bad. It has control voltage and line voltage, but is not operating. I replaced the blower motor and auto sized it to the system. The motor was being difficult to get the proper blower speed. I switched the motor down on low And the homeowner believes it sounds like the same airflow he previously had. Green was on one yellow was on too. White was on three units operating properly at this time.

Bosch Inverter Heat Pump System Installation in Tempe
Performed heating check up. Unit is older and is heating at its best of its capacity at this time. No issues found on today’s visit. Mentioned to homeowner on the west and tear noticed on the outdoor fan motor and the option of updating the hard start which would allow a much larger reduction in the start up, benefiting the compressor more.
Unit not starting with thermostat demand. With further inspection concluded the thermostat has failed. System is need of a new thermostat.
Performed a membership visit and heating. The furnace has a bad flame sensor and a bad capacitor for the blower. Picking up the sensor and returning today to install the sensor and capacitor.
Performed the membership visit in heating. The unit still has a noisy outdoor fan motor but is operating within an amp range and is spinning freely by hand. The homeowner is going to wait until the motor fails for replacement. I left proposals for the motor. Replaced ignition board, and added foam padding along the fan shroud guard. Guard was causing a rattle.
Performed inspection in heating. No issues found at this time.
