A couple of months ago Ideal replaced my insulation, and air sealed my attic. Yesterday they were back to install an ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system. Everything Idea does is best in class. They went above and beyond to help me get the HOA Architectural Request approved, quickly scheduled the installation once the project was approved, and everyone on the work crew was absolutely delightful. Big recommend for Ideal from me.

Ideal is, well, idea. Seriously. The response to my original RFQ was fast, as was scheduling. The technician was right on time and really cool about explaining everything to me so I understood my options (he provided Good, Better, Best). All around great experience. Highly recommend.

Found system running d55 or degrade on a t5 limiter I power cycled and tested in force mode system tripped at 15 minutes on a p4 t5 error to derate system. I contacted tech support to verify my findings and confirmed. System is low on refrigerant leak at indoor coil system has been de rating to protect compressor from overheating. Indoor coil will need to be replaced under manufacturer’s limited warranty in order for system to operate properly. Collected 50% down deposit today

Spoke to landlord about warranty process through Goodman. Goodman warranties out the failed part. I replaced the failed component of the blower motor which was the module. A copy of the invoice reflecting our labor cost only has been emailed as well.
