Best HVAC service by far

Ideal Energy had an amazing team from start to finish. Very thorough quoting process with detailed analysis of the home; multiple options all appropriately sized for the needs of the home, and excellent communication and installation. I had 3 other companies quote and the 2nd best was a distant 2nd.

Repairs for master bedroom system Add refrigerant to system as the sub cool and pressures are low Change out the dual run capacitor which is currently at the lowest allowable measurement Changed capacitor - installed metal retaining bracket Upon arrival subcool was at 2.9 degrees Added 1.5# 410A - subcool now at 11 degrees System good at this time Can audibly hear 2 ton (master) valves in compressor-needs to be monitored-should possibly be a 3 or 3.5 ton system Would need to do a heat gain calculation to verify

Checked all systems Found all have 6” ODA ducts attached to return plenums - causing the clean effects to get dirty prematurely Game room unit - drain line was not attached - attached and cleared Cleared all drain lines for systems Cleaned all condenser coils for systems Systems operating mechanically and electrically within normal MFG specs at this time Discussed removal of ODA ducts to increase efficiency and prolong life of systems
