Returned and replaced the indoor blower motor and the unit is operating properly at this time producing a 20° temperature split
The blower motor had gone bad. Need to order blower motor and return and replace it.

Recommended replacement of existing zoning 08/12/25 Reinsulated section of lineset on exterior. I put system in dry mode, and verified good moisture removal. System is draining as it should.
System is found with no Freon. Multiple leaks detected, one is at the core calve and the other on the copper pipe. Pipe rubbed against the compressors plug cap. I tested the compressor and it has open windings. System is need of a new compressor, braze repair, and contains r22 Freon. Spoke to homeowner over repairs and advised that for the age of the system new equipment install is also an option. System is down at departure.
The unit had a bad outdoor fan motor. This caused the compressor to overheat and damage the capacitor. I replaced the 825 outdoor fan motor and 70 capacitor. The unit is operating properly at this time. DESCRIPTION Recovery Refrigerant & Check Charge Follow EPA guidelines to recovery excess refrigerant from system Let system stabilize and check pressure until system is within manufactures specifications Overcharged systems will have a decreased lifespan due to higher head pressure in the compressor Non Members: 90 day parts + labor warranty on all repairs Cool home members: 2 year parts + labor warranty on all repairs Thaw out coil Once excess refrigerant was removed and coils were thawed out refrigerant pressures were revised once again. System appears to have a liquid line restriction. Base repair recommended is to replace txv and add new refrigerant to ensure non condensibles are present. This does not guarantee there could be other underlying issues. Once initial repair is completed the system can be re evaluated if needed. Due to age of system it is also advised to consider new install of equipment. System cooling at its best capacity at departure.
