Repairs for master bedroom system Add refrigerant to system as the sub cool and pressures are low Change out the dual run capacitor which is currently at the lowest allowable measurement Changed capacitor - installed metal retaining bracket Upon arrival subcool was at 2.9 degrees Added 1.5# 410A - subcool now at 11 degrees System good at this time Can audibly hear 2 ton (master) valves in compressor-needs to be monitored-should possibly be a 3 or 3.5 ton system Would need to do a heat gain calculation to verify

Performed inspection in heating. No issues found at this time. Homeowner explained master bedroom is the warmest room, and misses has seasonal allergies. I have attached the maintenance plans available to them and the whole home air purifier, Reme Zero.
