I provided a check up on equipment, ac system is operating ok. System plenums and ducting have a lot of air leaks and are improperly connected. Would recommend having our home performance experts evaluate attic space to make home more efficient.

Performed an AC check on both systems. I found both units low on Freon and suffering from excessively high starting amps. Recommended true soft inrush kits for both systems to help prolong the life of the system and reduce power consumption. I charge the unit back to factory specifications and I recommended, new service caps and flood protection switches on both units in the attic.
Performed cool home heating maintenance on two Lennox gas furnace units. No found issues at time of service. Both systems operating properly at manufacturer specifications.
The unit could not go into heating. The thermostat leads were switched between common and B. I switched the B wire over to the blue to maintain blue wire all the way to the condenser and air handler. I put the white wire on to C to maintain one color all the way from the thermostat air handler to condenser. I tested the unit and it is operating properly at this time
