After getting quotes from 5 different vendors I went with Ideal because they were the most recommended in my neighborhood and they had a decent price for insulation in the house. They quoted me a much larger scope with a new AC unit and when I declined that they were not pushy. I like how knowledgeable they are about trying to make a home more green and saving me money. If I needed HVAC work I will call them. Insulation robe t went smoothly until tech fell through garage ceiling- bigger then a foot and so fortunate he was not hurt, they handled it professionally and timely. The repairs were made and they finished the job. I would hire them again for sure.

Had root redone two months ago. When them lifted the unit they cracked seams I resealed them and silicone the exterior screws. Condensation outlet is broken off, my guess the roofers

Thermostat wire appears to have had prior repairs done to it. I was able to use 4 remaining existing wires to get the system operating. Switched the thermostat to operate off of batteries. Recommendation, if thermostat wiring continues to give issues, is to replace the entire run with a new 8 bundle run.
Performed maintenance in heating and cooling. No issues found d at this time. Recommended to install a carbon monoxide detector for safety purposes as the heating system is a furnace. System heating at departure.

Condenser is not receiving high voltage. I have recommended to contact an electrician.
Performed cooling inspection under membership. No issues found at this time.
The unit was frozen over from a dirty air filter. I defrosted the unit and verified proper temperature split. The unit is operating properly at this time.
