After getting quotes from 5 different vendors I went with Ideal because they were the most recommended in my neighborhood and they had a decent price for insulation in the house. They quoted me a much larger scope with a new AC unit and when I declined that they were not pushy. I like how knowledgeable they are about trying to make a home more green and saving me money. If I needed HVAC work I will call them. Insulation robe t went smoothly until tech fell through garage ceiling- bigger then a foot and so fortunate he was not hurt, they handled it professionally and timely. The repairs were made and they finished the job. I would hire them again for sure.
Confirmed with Trane Tech Support, that the driver software is corrupted and needs reloaded. The mantis tool is on will call Trane Phoenix. Need to return and reload software. The homeowners have cooling at this time.
Performed cool home inspection. No issues found. I have attached a couple choices for our inrush kits, have recommended to improve the start up and help prolong the life of the compressor and other A/C components. Also the renewal membership plans are included.
Completed A/C check up. System is found slightly low on Freon, has a bad dual capacitor, and oversized high voltage fuses at disconnect. On today’s visit on Freon was added, 2lbs 410a. On the next visit the capacitor will be completed. Performed cool home inspection. Some signs of oil in the compressors compartment, washed down area and bubble tested all joints and core valves. No signs of bubbles forming anywhere. System is cooling with a 20 degree split. Cleaning portion will be scheduled at a later date.

I performed an AC check on the system. I found the contactor is burnt from high starting amps and the inrush device currently installed is non-operational. I recommended replacing the contactor and in rush. The homeowner is going to go over his options.
