After getting quotes from 5 different vendors I went with Ideal because they were the most recommended in my neighborhood and they had a decent price for insulation in the house. They quoted me a much larger scope with a new AC unit and when I declined that they were not pushy. I like how knowledgeable they are about trying to make a home more green and saving me money. If I needed HVAC work I will call them. Insulation robe t went smoothly until tech fell through garage ceiling- bigger then a foot and so fortunate he was not hurt, they handled it professionally and timely. The repairs were made and they finished the job. I would hire them again for sure.
Free second opinion. Unit is low on charge, leak is found at evap coil. Though the unit is 5 years old I have also advised to look at unit replacement. The current unit is a single stage equipment with 2 zone. This set up is not the best for the equipment and will decrease the life expectancy. The unit is still cooling at its best capacity at time of departure.

No cool call. Upon arrival system was operational. Recommend to replace filter. After monitoring and checking operations the possible cause of the no cool earlier today is the outdoor fan. Its body temperature was recorded at a high of 165degrees. Motor could have cut out on heat thermal overload. Customer will continue to monitor the equipment for now. If issue persist or worsens it is advised to reach out to the office for a a technician to be scheduled.

The unit has been making this issue since we installed the Remy Zero. The switch that turns on the Remi has Low resistance and was tripping the transformer, causing the unit to turn off. I replaced the switch and verified operations.
Performed a membership visit on the downstairs system. The homeowner was having an issue with the reversing valve releasing when the call for cooling ended. I programmed the thermostat to get it to stop doing that the units operating properly.
