Matt did a very professional job . I felt very comfortable having Matt at my home.
We had this company install our AC unit, new ducts, and new insulation in 2012. They conduct our annual inspections and provide professional staff to represent their company and products. Excellent company and products.
Did not show at the agreed time and didn’t communicate well. Once I called the office communication picked up with notifications and a phone call were received. Great tech services and solution provided. 5 stars service if I didn’t have to call the office after my 8-10 window no show,
From the beginning, they were easy to work with and great about answering all my questions. They were extremely careful cover their walking path so as to not leave a mess or damage the floor. They cleaned up afterward and was an all-round great crew to work with. 100% glad I chose Ideal
Michael is a pro. Handled a complicated job very well and with ease. Clean up was great and our system’s airflow is greatly improved.
Very happy with the customer service from Ideal.
After getting quotes from 5 different vendors I went with Ideal because they were the most recommended in my neighborhood and they had a decent price for insulation in the house. They quoted me a much larger scope with a new AC unit and when I declined that they were not pushy. I like how knowledgeable they are about trying to make a home more green and saving me money. If I needed HVAC work I will call them. Insulation robe t went smoothly until tech fell through garage ceiling- bigger then a foot and so fortunate he was not hurt, they handled it professionally and timely. The repairs were made and they finished the job. I would hire them again for sure.

Ticking noise coming from ducting, I found that supply harducting uninsulated is running through return boot uninsulated creating a slight creaking noise. System is operating fine and duct seal looks good.
