Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!
Absolutely exceptional customer service and quality installation from Christian and his team.

Compressor on the newer unit failed while still under warranty. Repairs were completed quickly and we were given a discount as loyal customers.
The team accomplished all the work in one day. Ensured everything was completed and cleaned up like they were never here. Great experience.

Phone call follow up on proposals. I sent new proposals to the homeowner to review.
The 3 1/2 ton unit was low on charge. I did a look over the system and did not see any oily residue. The homeowner move forward with the leak search. I disassembled the unit and went over it with a leak detector and did not register any other leaks other than the service valves failing leaking Freon. I replace the service valves and charge the system back to factory specifications. I cleaned both outdoor coils. The unit is operating properly at this time.
I found thermostat in a hard lock out, I power cycled indoor and outdoor units and updated thermostat. System is now operating fine at this time.
I found system had tripped multiple times on a sw cur co code or over current to compressor. I ran a drive diagnostics and verified drive operations. I contacted Trane technical support to verify my findings. Compressor is locked up and will need to be replaced in order for system to operate as it should.
I cleaned erv and filter setup and hvac equipment and tested operations, system is operating fine at this time.
The unit has a bad outdoor fan motor. The case temperature was reaching 180°. internal thermal overload open the switch normally around 150. Causing the fan to shut down and the compressor overheating damaging the capacitor. The contactor is burnt as well. The hard starting device is not operating properly and is not designed for a compressor.
