Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!

One unit single stage, 3 zones, verified pressures are good. They recently has someone add refrigerant and leak stopper, also replaced the condenser capacitor. Master bedroom seems to be hot but other area of home are doing fine. Tested damper to the master bedroom section and it opened and closed with demand call. Damper could intermittently be acting up. It was bypassed/ unwired during this visit for testing purposes. Homeowner will continue to monitor temperature across all three zones. The unit is from 2011 and replacing the unit was also spoken about. We will have the office reach out to schedule an in home evaluation for a new unit estimate . The u it is cooling at departure.

Attempted Calling Stacy prior to arrival no answer. I was able to get a hold of Sheridan, but was asked to reach out to Stacy for diagnosis upon completion of service. Attempted reaching out to Stacy once again, but went to voicemail, I left a message. Proposals have been emailed, but the service fee has not been collected yet. No card information on file.

Second opinion. System has a hard time maintaining temp. Checked refrigerant pressures and are found low. Refrigerant has been added to this system a couples years ago. Recommend performing leak search. System is 10 years old. Home has always had a harder time keeping this side of home cooler as well. New install replacement is also advised to consider along with a duct inspection. Current system is single stage on a 2 zones.
