Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!

Performed inspection in heating. Compressor has a high start up. I have recommended the soft inrush kit to help lower and aid/ help prolong the life of the compressor. Also homeowner is interested in having a full evaluation of ductwork as she feels hers master bedroom is lacking in air in the past 2 years. She would like to proceed with recommendations on next years visit in April. Please schedule accordingly. System is heating at its best capacity at time of departure.

System is down. The compressor has failed along with start assist kit, and capacitor.system contains r22 Freon, and is from 2008. Repair is major and replacement is advised. A comfort advisor will be scheduled to go over new install options. Homeowner is interested in dual and single stage options.
