I think Matthew did an excellent job, I'm not an expert and I didn't watch him but by every indication he was thorough and skillfully fulfilled the entire inspection. The receipt and "check form" were informative and appreciated. The prices seem to be what I would call, "$$". Of course, I have been using ideal Air Conditioning for many, many years and have done only minor price checking. I hope the "Cool Membership" proves to be worth it for me also. Thank You.

I found equipment to be operating properly, I also noticed tin style garage door is facing south western. I set fan speed to a constant medium low, and set vanes to auto. System is operating fine at this time.
I provided check up on carrier 1 ton mini split. System is operating within desired amp range, pressures and temperatures look good for today’s indoor/outdoor temperatures. Would recommend having indoor head unit cleaned. I noticed thermostat wire was used for communication wire between outdoor indoor unit.
Homeowner needed assistance with the scheduling settings. Temperatures point kept rising to 81 degrees every night and she had to manually lower it. System is cooling.
Thermostat repeatedly turn off and on a few times throughout the day. Inspected system and found backed up drain line, due to this the safety switch was triggered. On today’s visit homeowner signed up for the plat membership and her pvc drain line was cleared. System is operational at departure. No cool call. System needs blower motor, dual capacitor, outdoor coil clean, thermostat, and inrush kit. Unit has limited parts warranty and parts through warranty have been ordered and expedited. Trane has estimated that parts should be available from 3-8 business days. Portable will be lend out in the meantime. The office will reach out to schedule repairs once parts are available to us from Trane.
