Performed cool home inspection. Outdoor fan motor making a very low squealing like sound. Made homeowner aware and if sound persists or worsens it will be recommended to replace fan motor. Also lots of feathers on the outdoor, coil recommend to keep birds away. I have attached a proposal for our trues soft inrush that can help with helping the compressor start up much easier and not stress as much. System is cooling at departure.

I found outdoor eev stepper motor harness had a broken wire. I spliced together and tested operations. System is now operating, but would recommend replacing to prevent any communication issues.
Duct sealing and insulation in Queen Creek
System was on a hard lockout. The hard lockout started on the 25th. The alerts stored on the device ranged from low pressure to high-pressure to outdoor fan which does not follow the logic of the issue. There was a power flicker in the area that confused, the drive. Need to return and check the Freon charge on both systems. While checking the system, I found the unit to be slightly undercharged.
The home warranty person did not plug the C wire all the way into the base of the nest thermostat. I performed a A membership visit in cooling. The unit is suffering from high starting amps. The unit has a dirty indoor coil. The unit was not installed properly to the elbow and is separated across the bottom allowing unconditioned air and dust to get the coil, dirty and dispersing dust throughout the house. The package unit will need to be remounted to the elbow.
