Performed A/C check up on both Carrier gas split systems. Both systems operating properly at time of visit. Recommend some accessories to help prolong life and efficiency of units. Also recommend replacing secondary drain pans with wet switch device.
Upon arrival found system refrigerant levels low on 410A. No signs of leak at condenser unit. Once I got into attic I noticed both primary and secondary drain pans full with condensation causing safety device to stop system operation reason for service call. I Blew out and shop vac both drain pans. Then Checked for leak at evap coil, leak detector, detector went off at fins along bottom of evap coil. Advised Homeowner of found issues and recommended repairs . Homeowners will seek second opinion.
Performed cool home cooling maintenance on 2021 Lennox gas split system. System operating properly at manufacturer standards.
Performed a cool home visit on the unit. The unit is operating properly at this time. I adjusted the SW4 for switch for the unit to ramp faster in cooling and heating.

Performed a Preferred cool home visit on both systems. The 4 ton system displayed a low charge. I checked the history and found it was low on the previous cooling. Check when Adam was here. I charge the unit back to factory specifications.

Performed cool home check in heating on both systems. The mini split is operating properly. The main house furnace was giving the 10 flash code again. I examined the condensation system for the furnace and found the furnace had been installed at an extreme angle to help the cooling coil Drain better but was making the condensation drain for the combustion motor go uphill. I re angled the unit and the flue pipe drained further. If the homeowners have this issue again, the 2 inch PVC flue pipe will need to be cut and re-angled to illuminate this issue.
Performed a check in heating and cooling. The unit was missing the condensation safety switch and recommended installing the safety switch to prevent floods in the attic. The units are operating properly.
The board had a current fault code of five flashes burner failed to light exceeded maximum number. stored fault code was 10 flashes pressure switch open five times during one heat demand. I could hear water in the combustion motor flue on fire up. It sounded like a bong. I found the drain for the flue was pinched under the connector box, and the drain was not angled properly. I remedied the pinch and drain angle and test of the unit repeatedly to duplicate a fault. The unit did not fault, the units operating properly The 2 inch flue is angled slightly downhill. If this problem reoccurs the 2 inch flu will need a section replaced.
Arrived to home and furnace was locking out. The gas valve was getting voltage but not working. Customer approved moving forward with repair. I told homeowner I will track down part and see availability and have the office schedule for me to return. I need to pick up some pipe wrenches before returning as well. Unit is not running in heating at departure. I installed the gas valve and verified operation. The unit is operating properly.
