This was the first run of the new micro air flex that had the software issue. I warranted the exploded micro air and installed the new version, micro air flex. The unit is operating properly.

Performed cool home inspection x’3. Older units on home and mini split in garage. Both units are showing age, it is advised to replace both capacitors that were found below tolerance at this time and prior recommendations still stand. Spoke to homeowner about also replacement options and available financing that is an option. All three units cooling at departure.

Performed cooling inspection x’3. No issues found.
I provided a check on both systems. I found the downstairs system to operating fine at this time. I found the upstairs system to appear to be low on charge. Upon further investigation I found oem txv had been removed and replaced with fixed piston. I also found indoor coils service port sealed up.

Adjusted dampers for room pressure, complete vault baffle, confirmed no missing insulation only front patio, new microwave vent box and seal , properly seal transfer grills, check all registers.
