Upon arrival I found condenser unit on roof not operating. No 24v at condenser unit, got 24v at thermostat use jumper to jump out thermostat. Condenser started to operate, checked pressures and amps draws. System operating at time of departure
Check system nothings wrong with the system. The homeowner had a remote thermostat that was blending. The remote thermostat was on top of the fridge under cabinets and gaining heat from the condensing side of the refrigerator. I verified operations and to address concerns the homeowner had over the 115° days I switch the unit up to its vary and capacity up to 5 tons to help during the hottest part of the summer.

The thermostat was not connecting to Trane home or Wi-Fi. I rebooted the thermostat and the thermostat reconnected the Wi-Fi. It was having an issue to connect to Trane home. I did an internal reboot of the Wi-Fi and the thermostat is back up and running properly. Performed a cool home a cool home visit. I left proposals for preferred membership and cool home membership. The homeowner is going to decide and call in.

Upon arrival thermostat alerts indicated that temp sensors at condenser was not communicating with system. Found 25amp high voltage fuse popped at disconnect.
