I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Insulation & Airflow Improvements in Chandler
Performed inspection in heating. Everything on the equipment checked out good. The existing thermostat appeared to have a glitch/ long delay when it needs to shut off. Tenant said he is accustomed to the nest thermostat functioning that way. If the thermostat malfunctions in any way, or the delay creates discomfort it is advised to replace it. I have also attached the annual membership options for warranty.

Performed inspection in heating. No issues found at this time. I have attached membership options for labor warranty continuation.
2nd opinion. Verified system was low on refrigerant. Condenser not operating, the low pressure switch was set off, LED code indicating a soft lock out. Performed a visual inspection on entire system and was not able to find any immediate signs of a leak. A basic leak search is recommended to pin point location of leak. Options have been attached to this invoice.
Need to return with parts. Need to be ordered.
