I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

I checked the zoning system. I could not re-create the issue that was happening. The great room was opening and closing as prompted. I jumped the zoning system out multiple times to verify no issues with the motors or the zoning. The unit is operating properly at this time
2 Ton System was locked out again. Was able to get it going temporarily but will need to look into replacing the compressor or the system.

I found outdoor fan not operating. I tested capacitor and found it had failed, I also tested compressor capacitor and found it out of range. I replaced both capacitors with a turbo 200. I also found that outdoor fan motor has been wired incorrectly. I reheaded contacts and wired correctly. Tested equipment and verified good operations.

The unit was displaying a low charge. The outdoor fan motor capacitor tested bad. The contactor is burnt from the inrush device failing. I found oily stains on the indoor coil and it registered a leak with the leak detector and a service port needs replaced. Recommended replacing the system due to the scope of repairs
