I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Performed cooling inspection. On today’s visit the furnace was vibrating, I found paper at caught in the wheel. After removing and ensuring wheel is in healthy condition tested the blower and the vibration went away. Also discussed on today’s visit is airflow to back office room and wife has seasonal allergies. I have attached a proposal for the whole home air purifier which could help with the allergies and much more. System is cooling at departure.
