I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Performed inspection in heating. No issues found at this time. I have attached membership options for labor warranty continuation.
2nd opinion. Verified system was low on refrigerant. Condenser not operating, the low pressure switch was set off, LED code indicating a soft lock out. Performed a visual inspection on entire system and was not able to find any immediate signs of a leak. A basic leak search is recommended to pin point location of leak. Options have been attached to this invoice.
Need to return with parts. Need to be ordered.
Great maintenance visit. First, we started with the outdoor condenser. Took that apart and cleaned the outdoor coils. That we moved into the attic to check out the air handler. At this time, everything is testing great. After speaking with the customer, she was interested in obtaining the preferred cool home maintenance plan. That was purchased today. Customer also was interested in obtaining carbon monoxide sensors. Customer will be presented with recommendation on obtaining those.

The outdoor unit was not responding to the thermostat. I checked the wiring on the low-voltage and found a poor connection on the Y wire and starting to short on the case of the cabinet. I moved the wiring around and reestablish connections with the wire nuts and the unit is operating properly at this time.
