Isaac J.<br> Performed preventative maintenance on furnace. Cleaned washable filters in home. Inspected blower assembly, blower motor, electrical components, heat exchanger, burners, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve, inducer motor and overall condition of system. Cleaned the flame sensor and brushed dust off the burners and components. Checked thermostat operation, wiring, capacitor, amps, temperatures and gas pressure of furnace. Found the inducer motor making a little noise on start up, but would fade out after ignition. Brought it to homeowners attention and discussed repair/replacement. Customer wants to hold off on the repair for now. Overall system is still operating properly within manufactured specifications. Heat exchanger is showing signs of wear, but no breaches were found at this time.
