Blue shield club cooling maintenance Joe(JC)Ritchal. 05/16/2023 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrive to perform the customers annual spring service. Started with checking the thermostat and then washing up the condenser. A condenser was extremely dirty and mostly covered with Cottonwood and it took a while to clean out. After that I checked the furnace and evaporator coil the furnace was in good shape but the evaporator coil was fairly dirty. After that I checked the condenser. For the most part the condenser was in good shape but the fan side of the dual run capacitor has gone week. I recommended to the customer to replace a capacitor and clean the evaporator coil but she wanted to hold off.
