Blue shield club cooling maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 05/22/2023 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual spring service. The customer did have any questions for me when I arrived so I went ahead and got started. I checked the thermostat and washed the condenser. I then check the furnace and evaporator coil and the condensate pump. I then checked the condenser. For the most part the condenser was in good shape and the refrigerant charge was good. However all run capacitor was getting weak on both sides. And the customer authorized me to go ahead and replace it. I also washed out the customers filters.
