Nathan arrived at customer home for two systems tune up. Arrived at customer home they just purchased for a two system SERVICE. I spoke with the two customers about getting on a membership and helping them with the new home troubles one can encounter. They were very understanding and seen the value in our memberships and wanted to get signed up. I turned this into the first summer tune up and began my inspection/diagnostic. Upstairs system is in good working condition went threw the electrical components and made sure they were going to last threw the summer. I checked the wiring for any lose connections and proper voltage. I did have concerns about the amount of return air that was available for this unit and spoke to the home owner about his options and believe he may want to do the repairs himself but also let him know we can do it for him no problem if he decides to go that way in the future.
