Sliver club cooling maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 05/30/2023 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrive to perform the customers annual spring service. The system is relatively new and the customer didn’t really have any questions or concerns although he did want me to make sure we got some replacement electronic filter media ordered for him. I hope the customer I would arrange to get it ordered. And I then went ahead and got started with the maintenance. I checked the thermostat and washed out the condenser. I didn’t check the furnace and evaporator coil. I also made sure the drain line was draining correctly and that the UV light was still working. I then went and checked the condenser. The condenser was in good shape but I didn’t see any issues. And the drain line was draining correctly.
