20JUN2023 Jason Brown Arrivied for white shield summer tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. Inspected furnace coil, and condenser. Found furnace in good shape, blower wheel and coil clean, turbo capacitor reading 15/15 and all amps within manufacture specifications. Inspected AC. Contactor, capacitors, and electrical connections in good condition. Brushed out cobwebs and dust from electrical cabinet. Tightened lugs at disconnect and washed out condenser coils. Reassembled equipment and checked amps and pressures. All amps good, pressures came back slightly low. System is reading 2-3 of 10 degrees subcooling. Recommend adding refrigerant to maximize systems performance. I also notice the attic fans are disconnected. Recommend rewiring them. Buttoned up equipment and spoke with homeowner. Homeowner asked me to email over recommendations. Attached are all estimates. System is working properly at this time.
