11MAR2023 Jason B Arrived for new customer condensate leak. Spoke with homeowners about the issue. It’s been leaking in my hallway, I contacted a plumber and he pointed me to hvac. Inspected equipment found system draining into a condensate pump. Found copper drain line perforated in many places along run, as well as terminating against exterior wall in attic. Spoke with homeowner about my findings. We decided to go ahead and replace the the drain line. Will have office call for scheduling. Advised to keep system off until drain is replaced. Homeowners are purchasing a new condensate pump and will have it for time of repairs.
