Came out to call for a system heating, but customer thinks that something is wrong. I checked the system over and found no issues with how the unit is operating. Customer stated that the far end of the home isn’t getting as warm as her bedroom and bathroom. I explained to her that the unit and the thermostat are closer to the end of the home that stays the warmest. System may be satisfying temperature on the thermostat before it gets warm on the other end of the home. System is from the late 90’s as well as isn’t in the best shape. The rewiring we did on the unit was to help get customer heat and it’s working like it should. I recommended that the system be replaced due to age and condition.
