11JUL2023 Jason Brown Arrived for previously discussed leak search with repair. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. Sam was out and found it freezing up. He checked the pressures and found it low on 410a we have the ceiling open where the lines come into the home. Looked over the equipment and found many places where the lineset is uninsulated and is causing water damage. Spoke with homeowner about it. Yes, that’s why we have the ceiling open. We are going to address the issue later. Inspected equipment found it low on 410a Pump down all linesets and capture refrigerant in compressor. Pressurize lines to 350 psi of dry nitrogen. Let pressure sit for 15 minutes. No change in pressure. Release nitrogen and pull vacuum on lines. Vacuum bouncing at 1700 microns. Soap bubble all fittings. Pressurize system to 450 psi. Found leak at union above bathroom. Release refrigerant and pull vacuum. Vacuum bounces at 800 microns. Inspect all flare fittings. Found leak at outdoor uni
