Their water heater is starting to make weird noises so they think it needs a maintenance (you just installed this w/h in Feb 2024). They have their kitchen sink making gurgling noises and they think it needs to be snaked. They also have a leaky hose bibb in the back yard. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
