10 - 12. Spoke to Ruby. Check out 2 toilets and a sink. One toilet is leaking from base; other toilet makes a whistling noise. Also would like you to check sink for clogging, it's connected to the ac. Was a little clogged but now worse. Please provide pricing before performing any work!!
