1 - 5. COD. Spoke to Glen. Their heat went out. Furnace is 26 years old. Glen is a service agreement member but past due, I let him know and he said he will pay $235 by check while you are there. Not sure if you want to use this visit as his annual maintenance visit or charge additional $99 for diagnostic. If so just let him know and we can do his maintenance in Spring instead.
