As a brand-new client, I have to say I appreciated Klaus and Sons staff. From the call to the emergency service center after hours to speaking with the office. The service was performed pleasantly , professionally , and promptly. It seems like at the end of the year, I was having multiple issues going on at my home. It was wonderful to know that they were able to send out a plumber within a couple of hours of my call. Mario was my service person. He was prompt, assessed the problem, and took care of my drain immediately. He also took time with me to answer questions on the next project that I needed to have done in my home.
