It is an older Payne AC, doesn’t seem to be working - fan outside works, turns on outside but not getting a lot of air in house. She just got this house, so it is empty she is not moved in yet. Said flooring guys will be there so you will have access to the house, but CALL WHEN ON THE WAY so she can give them a heads up!! - (760) 696-2290.
