Arrived today for no cooling on 2 systems. Reset the power on the Fujitsu mini split and got it back working. On the carrier system it’s a Infiniti gas AC inverter system for variable speed blower motor module, and control board need to be replaced. Explain the customer I cannot check anything else on the system till these repairs are made. Consultation fee. Customer is going to discuss problems with the landlord of the property and get back with us.
