Performed camera inspection of drain line for sinks for kitchen, and found several sections where the bottom of the drain was gone. Ran camera all the wa to walk in freezer and was unable to get past the turn to see if there where any further issues. Unfortunately in this circumstance epoxy linning isn’t a viable option and recommend performing saw cutting and jackhammering of concrete to perform repair. In order to perform repair we will need to jackhammer and expose floor drain where clesnout is located as well as saw cut and jackhammer approximately 10’ in walk in cooler.
