Pulled master toilet and inspected was ring/flange. I noticed there was an improperly installed toilet flange spacer that was loose and allowing water to seep between spacer and flange which I believe was resulting the in the leaking in kitchen ceiling. Customers drain for toilet was clogged as well. Was able to remove clog with camera. Removed spacer and re Installed toilet on existing toilet flange. Flushed toilet several times and everything was draining properly.
