As I arrived, the homeowner greeted me at the door. She told me what was going on and she thought that it might be the compressor . I started diagnosing the entire system. The evaporator coil could use a clean, but this isn’t the reason that the system is failing the blower is working no safety switch tripped. I went outside to the compressor and found that the pull out disconnect fuses were missing. I informed the homeowner that they were missing. She told me that somebody else is working on it and they were blown so they didn’t put them back. I told her I needed to be able to get high voltage to figure out the rest of the system, so I wire out the two line voltage together, so I can continue diagnosing the system. After figuring out that the compressor shorted the ground. I looked up the warranty and confirmed that there is a warranty. I called the office to see if we could get this done today this homeowner does have fur babies and it’s 91 in her house so I wanted to get this done
