Arrived at the home and was shown the equipment locations. The homeowner proceeded to mention what has happened and what is on the home inspection report. W Began at the condenser and found that it is low on R22 refrigerant which was phased out refrigerant. Also, the liquid line filter dryer is rusting to the point that it is leaking. It is oily on spots of the drier. Found electrical whip will need to be replaced and the low voltage will need to be encased in flexible conduit to protect it from the elements and from people stepping on it. Air handler is in the attic but it has a platform to walk to it.

Replaced Contactor, materials added. Customer paid via check for Contactor and Membership Renewal Invoice. Notes: customer keeps thermostat around 72° and changed filter a few weeks ago. Drain line was recently cleared with nitrogen and has been draining. Well since membership good until 2025 per Tabatha. Summary: the outdoor unit contactor is old and rusted. Replacing will help prevent premature breakdown. Based on the age of system a hard start kit will give a boost of power on start up. Filter dryer is also rusted and old. This can cause refrigerant to leak from the system. The elite UV bulb is due for replacement blower assembly does have debris buildup, which will affect overall efficiency, a primary float switch will cut the system off quicker with a clogged drain line. I would consider investing towards a new system versus investing into any major repairs. Not Applicable

Installed for TON a Amana slim system airhandler an existing location flash copper flush drain ran brand new wires for thermostat and condensing unit condensing unit an existing location on brand new hurricane rated pad system Health pressure over 400 psi G and vacuum below 500microns started system up and charge to factory spec. Insured system was charged properly cycled unit and heating and cooling multiple times to ensure quality was insured installed. Surge protection, and collected for payment on account. Installation has been completed and is inspection ready.

System is not cooling due to bad 70+5 capacitor. It was reading 0.000 on both sides. Immediate need is to replace capacitor. Customer has maintenance membership

Cleaned air handler pulled motor assembly and sanitized cabinet. Installed a pure x uvc light system. Pure x system has lifetime equipment warranty and 3 year bulb life. Both uvc system and ac system tested. <br> <br> System now clean and protected from growth.

Complete no cool call. I talked to the customer about maintenance program and we did not move forward today. Upon diagnosis the system was low on refrigerant. I completed a leak search on the system and pin-pointed the leak in the condenser coil. We will need to replace the condenser coil with recovery. There is a video of infrared leak detection uploaded to ST. Office will reach out to the customer regarding scheduling. We will need a crane to lift the coil onto the roof. I charged the system with (5) lbs. of 410a to get the customer cooling until we can make the repairs. I informed the customer the refrigerant is non-refundable. All equipment info is entered into ST. Left system in operational condition.
