Complete no cool call. I talked to the customer about maintenance program and we did not move forward today. Upon diagnosis the system was low on refrigerant. I completed a leak search on the system and pin-pointed the leak in the condenser coil. We will need to replace the condenser coil with recovery. There is a video of infrared leak detection uploaded to ST. Office will reach out to the customer regarding scheduling. We will need a crane to lift the coil onto the roof. I charged the system with (5) lbs. of 410a to get the customer cooling until we can make the repairs. I informed the customer the refrigerant is non-refundable. All equipment info is entered into ST. Left system in operational condition.
