Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to airhandler system. Under evaporator coil was clean. Inside air handler cabinet was infected with bio growth. Pointed out to customer and suggested and IAQ.Turned on unit and unit was producing proper Delta T. Went outside to condenser and open electric cabinet. Found capacitor below acceptable range. Pointed it out to customer and suggested we change. Customer agreed. Changed out capacitor and unit now runs fine. Vacuumed out drain line. Unit is currently not equipped with a surge protector. Pointed it out to customer and explain benefits of surge protector. Created estimate. Collected payment and signatures from customer and left. Customer happy.
