I returned to reprogram the indoor control board. Programming was successful. I advise the customer that his system most likely has a leak as his system was severely low on refrigerant. I did a brief check to see if there was anything quickly obvious and was not able to uncover a leak. I recharged the system with 7.3 pounds of refrigerant and comped it for the customer due to his troubles with scheduling. I would like to set up a return visit to come back and check the pressures in 3 to 4 weeks. Please reach out to customer to schedule in that timeframe. Please reschedule for last call for Monday. Board did not come programmed and needs to be programmed with uploader.
