Called out today due to water leaking from the mini split head. Client said he has yet to have maintenance performed. Gave options for preventative maintenance plans and a once time flush of the system. Flushed mini split drain line and vacuumed clear from outside port. Cleaned filters. Checked all other electronics and motor components. Gave options for blower wheel cleanings and explained the difference between our two UV sterilization lights.
