Jacob was fine, but we never received the summer service from your company per our paid service program. This was supposed to be our summer service in November? Why? I told Jacob it wasn’t necessary since it was no longer summer, and we’re not running our AC when it’s 40 degrees outside - Jacob agreed and left.
