Anthony is very knowledgeable of the system we had installed and actually gave us a tutorial of using the thermostat pad, changing the humidifier pad and air filter. Answered all our questions in detail and helped us to better understand our system’s capabilities. Would recommend this company Watkins for new install or maintenance of your current system.
