Connected the front office Epson printer to the front office wireless access point. Instructed the customer to unplug and plug the printer back in to force a full reboot. The customer informed me that the printer indicated it had an excellent connection. This action should resolve any intermittent connectivity issues over Wi-Fi in the future.
