A call for service was scheduled because there was issues closing the door. When I got on site did a door inspection and found that cables and bottom brackets were rusting out one cable did rust out causing the door to go crooked, which is why the door was not closing.
A service call was scheduled because a garage door was not opening. When I got on site, this issue was diagnosed as a broken spring. Once all work was performed the garage door had balanced very well and had operated flawlessly.

During my inspection, I had found the cause of both issues as well as other parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Touched up an estimate for the customer.
