I have two bedrooms over my garage and two beams that make it difficult to install a garage door opener. When my spring broke this past week, I called someone who worked on my door this past winter. He said it would be too hard to fix and to call someone else. Thankfully I called All American garage door! Jason came within a few hours and wasn't able to immediately fix the spring but was able to get my car out so I could get to a very important meeting. He came back the next day with Nick. They were able to fix the door and have recommended a long term solution that would make the beams no longer an issue. Very knowledgable and offering good solutions.

Customer scheduled an appointment because her door went crooked and it was not closing. When I arrived outside, the door was open. The door was out of track because a cable had rusted out and snapped. Typed up estimates gave the customer options, the customer decided to move forward with our three-year warranty parts. Once all parts were replaced, the door was operating smoothly, efficiently, and level. Parts were left behind for the Customer seat.
Customer called because her door was having issues closing, when I got out on site, I was able to diagnose the issue as spring, the springs were overturned to resolve the issue. I recommended taking some tension off of spring to better balance the door. Customer authorized the repair once I was finished taking some tension off of the springs. The door had balanced properly and it had operated up-and-down smoothly.
Customer schedule an appointment because he was able to diagnose his door, not opening as a broken spring. When I arrived on site, I was able to confirm that the spring was broken. Typed up an estimate for the customer, the customer authorize the spring replacement, once all work was completed. The door had balanced like it should and the opener was operating the door, smoothly and normally.
Customer called an emergency service because the opener was not lifting the door. When I arrived on site, one of the single stall doors did have a broken cable. The door was sitting mildly crooked. It was recommended to the customer to replace cables and bottom fixtures, but it was also recommended. They start looking into new doors. Once the cables and bottom fixtures were replaced the door had operated as it should.
Customer scheduled a call because their door was not opening, when I arrived on site I was able to immediately see that the spring was broken. Spring replacement was recommended to get the door to operate normally as it should, customer did authorize heart replacement. Once spring replaced door was operational, glided and operated as it should.
