Let’s face it. We live in a day and age where providing even a basic level of customer service seems to be a thing of the past at so many places. Restaurants, retail, service, you name it. Well, my faith in what I call the “Old School Way” of providing customer service was restored thanks to the All American Garage Door Company and specifically the work of Sean M. Not only was I made to feel like my business mattered more than the almighty dollar, but all of my questions were answered politely, all concerns were addressed without hesitation, and I never felt like the job was being rushed so he could get to his next appointment. Sean may be gracious and say he was just doing his job, but as far as I’m concerned, he went above and beyond what so many others do. Way to “LEAD BY EXAMPLE” Sean.

Had an appointment for Wednesday but they were in the area on Tuesday and called and offered to come early if we agreed. It was good to have service even earlier than expected. As an additional concern when Sean arrived, I asked him if he could fix the horrible grinding/squealing noise my garage door made that no one else has been able to fix. My garage door is now amazingly quiet. Great job, Sean.
