Impressed that I was able to schedule Friday evening around 7-8 P.M. and told a repairman would be by between 9-12 A.M the next day ( Saturday). Dusty the repairman was awesome and early as he showed up slightly before 9 A.M. He went over my options and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I told him if he needed any help from me to knock on the door. I hear a knock about a half an hour later thinking he could use my help lifting the door or something but instead he said he was done. The man is a wizard. He had to replace a couple brackets on the door, reconnect and rewind the steel cables on both sides, realign the track and replace a few rollers and then properly lube the rollers. Anyway, if Dusty is a "typical" repairman at All American, they have a wonderful staff. Thanks again for providing customer service at a level I haven't experienced in quite some time. It's a breath of fresh air as most customer service has become a joke these days. All America exceeded my expectations on customer service, honesty, knowledge and cost.

Jason showed up on time and proceeded to dismantle the old door, track and hardware and replace it with a brand-new replacement door. The color of the door matches our house trim very well, and his hard work and attention to detail are much appreciated. We're very happy with our new door!

Customer called because they were having issues with the door opening. Once I got on site I was able to see the issue at hand, the issue was an extremely noisy and dried door so the recommendation for today was a tuneup. Once the tuneup was completed. The door had ran up and down flawlessly with zero issue, recommended the customer to have us come out for an annual tuneups because of the usage of the door was exceeding the expected daily cycling.
Customer called because they were having issues opening their garage door. Once I got on site, I did confirm the door was not opening once I did my inspection. I found that a spring had broken. Recommended replacement of both springs due to cycle life, typed up an estimate for the customer which they did authorize. Once bolt springs were replaced, the door had balanced, operated well every time flawlessly
Customer scheduled an appointment because the door was not opening for them after several tries attempting to open. Once I got on site, I diagnose the issue as a broken spring typed up an estimate for two springs to be replaced for the customer. The customer authorized it. When all work was completed the door balanced out very well, the door had ran level smoothly and flawlessly.
Customer called because there was an issue with a remote when I was on site. I did my inspection of the doors. Also recommended a garage door tuneup for the customer. Typed up an estimate Customer move forward with the recommended repairs. Once the tuneup was complete completed. The door had operated up and down flawlessly and smoothly.
Customer called and schedule an appointment because the garage door was not opening. When I got on site I did confirm that eighth spring was broken, which is why the door was not operational. Recommended replacing the springs, typed up an estimate for the customer to look over, and the customer authorized the replacement. We got the springs replaced same day once the repair was done. The garage door had operated and opened and closed flawlessly and smoothly as it should.
Customer scheduled an appointment because the door was not opening. The Customer did note when scheduling a spring looked like it was broken, when I arrived on site, I was able to confirm that the customer had a broken spring. I typed up an estimate for the customers, they decided to move forward with the spring replacement. Once the work was completed, the door had operated up and down flawlessly and smoothly as it should.
Customer called because their door was bowing. An initial inspection did show that there was two crack sections at that point. A new door estimate was suggested. Estimate was typed up once measurements were gathered for the new door. Customer decided they wanted to move forward with it so I was able to collect a half down payment. Confirm that the door would be ordered and confirmed an install date for the customer that was within reason for them.
Customer had scheduled an appointment because the cable had popped off. Once I arrived on site, I immediately suggested a new door due to the damage that was caused by the door going crooked. I got the door down and disabled got measurements for a new door estimate I did email that over to the customer.
