Impressed that I was able to schedule Friday evening around 7-8 P.M. and told a repairman would be by between 9-12 A.M the next day ( Saturday). Dusty the repairman was awesome and early as he showed up slightly before 9 A.M. He went over my options and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I told him if he needed any help from me to knock on the door. I hear a knock about a half an hour later thinking he could use my help lifting the door or something but instead he said he was done. The man is a wizard. He had to replace a couple brackets on the door, reconnect and rewind the steel cables on both sides, realign the track and replace a few rollers and then properly lube the rollers. Anyway, if Dusty is a "typical" repairman at All American, they have a wonderful staff. Thanks again for providing customer service at a level I haven't experienced in quite some time. It's a breath of fresh air as most customer service has become a joke these days. All America exceeded my expectations on customer service, honesty, knowledge and cost.

Jason showed up on time and proceeded to dismantle the old door, track and hardware and replace it with a brand-new replacement door. The color of the door matches our house trim very well, and his hard work and attention to detail are much appreciated. We're very happy with our new door!

Customer called for a repair versus replace. The spring was broken when I had arrived on site. I went over options for the customer. Did an inspection had an estimate typed up for part replacement versus a new door. Customer decided on moving forward with a new door, they did sell on site.
Customer scheduled an appointment because they had backed into the bottom section of the door. When I arrived on site, it was very clear that the section could not have a temporary repair done and needed to be replaced. I got all the necessary measurements and photos so a section replacement estimate could be sent over to the customer
Customer called because her door was not sealing up all the way and not sealing properly. When I arrived on site I was able to quickly diagnose that the PVC weatherstripping that mounts to the garage door. Opening was torn and recommended replacement. Customer authorize the trim replacement once all the work was completed. The door had sealed up properly and now the customer will not have a draft in the garage.
Customer was having garage door opener issue so he did schedule an appointment. When I got on site, I quickly diagnosed one opener to have a failing gear and limit switch. The other opener had a logic board failure as well. Did inspections of the doors noticed cables and bottom brackets were rusting out as well as noticed springs were dated from 98 which is well beyond the expected lifespan an estimate was typed up with all the recommended part replacements. Customer wanted an estimate sent over so he could talk it over with his family
Customer called out for a service because the door was sitting crooked, when I got out on site noticed they had two single stall doors on extension springs. During my inspection, I found that one of the extension springs and the cabling were removed from one of the doors which was causing the door to sit on level. These doors being that they are original to the house, the replacement was suggested not only due to the age, but due to the cost of what part replacements needed to be done, measurements were taken a new door estimate was typed up and sent over to the customer.
Garage door was having safety sensor issue. It was not closing properly. Quickly diagnose the issue as a sensor that had a loss of power did an inspection of the door and found cables and bottom fixtures were also rusting out recommended replacement of sensors and bottom brackets, as well as cables for the customer once Work was completed the door operated has it normally should
