The knowledge of Phil and the service he provided was excellent, he went above and beyond. I don’t think all American door is probably the cheapest but certainly knew what they were doing and did a great job.

Service was scheduled because the garage door was acting up when it was opening. When I got on site, I found the opener mount to be broken which had in turn broken the lift points of the opener. Wants the garage door opener was replaced the garage door head operated flawlessly.
Customer scheduled an on-site free estimate, all necessary measurements were taken of door, opening, door, size and tracking system. An estimate was sent over to the customer.
Customer scheduled a service call because the garage door was not closing. They would have to push and hold the wall station down when I got on site. I did find a sensor that was misaligned but I also did find a broken garage door spring. Rollers were extremely old and worn down as well. Once springs and rollers were replaced in centuries were lined up the door had operated flowers.
Service call was scheduled because the door was having issues opening. Once I was able to get into the garage, I was able to see that the center bearing plate at the springs dot attached to had let loose breaking one of the springs. Once the springs were replaced in the center bearing resecured, the door had operated flawlessly.
Hey, service was scheduled because the cable had rusted out and snapped, causing the door to go crooked which did damage other parts. Cables, rollers, bottom fixtures were replaced. Once work was complete completed. The door had ran flawlessly.
Customer scheduled because their door was opening up on its own issues was diagnosed as a bad/shorting out logic board and opener replacement was recommended. Once all work was performed the door had operated smoothly and flawlessly every time.
Customer scheduled an appointment because the cable had rusted out and snapped in the door was sitting crooked. When I got on site, confirm the cable had rusted out and went over all options with the customer. Once the parts were replaced, the door had operated flawlessly and level.
Customer called and scheduled because her door went crooked, when I arrived on site you could visibly see from the street. The door was crooked and it was due to a cable that had rusted out. Recommend recommended parts to be replaced was cables and bottom brackets, typed up multiple estimates for the customer. Once all work was performed the door had ran level and smoothly.
An appointment was scheduled because the garage door had a broken spring. Once all parts were replaced, the door had balanced properly and operated flawlessly.
Customer had called and scheduled an appointment because they were having issues with their door opening. Customer tried multiple times to open the door unsuccessfully though once I got inside, I was able to diagnose the issue as a broken garage door spring. Recommended replacing both garage door springs, even though one was broken. Once all work was complete completed the door had opened up every time flawlessly.
