The knowledge of Phil and the service he provided was excellent, he went above and beyond. I don’t think all American door is probably the cheapest but certainly knew what they were doing and did a great job.

Customer had called and scheduled an appointment because they were having issues with their door opening. Customer tried multiple times to open the door unsuccessfully though once I got inside, I was able to diagnose the issue as a broken garage door spring. Recommended replacing both garage door springs, even though one was broken. Once all work was complete completed the door had opened up every time flawlessly.
An appointment was scheduled because the customers door was not opening which the customer did diagnose as a broken spring. When I got on site, I did confirm that the spring is broken. Did my inspection phone worn down and bearing plates as well as worn down rollers recommend recommended all replacements to the customer. Once all work was completed the door had operated smoothly like it was brand new.
Customer called because their door was sitting crooked when they tried to leave this morning. Once I got into the garage, the issue was a cable rusting out. Recommended parts to be replaced were cables, rollers bottom brackets, the vertical track was still in good condition. Typed up an estimate for the customer the customer did authorize with the part replacements. Once I got the door up and running, the door ran like it was brand new.
Customer called us out because she was having issues with remotes not operating her garage door. When I got on site, the issue was quickly diagnosed as older, worn down remotes. Recommendations were to get new remotes. Customer authorized replacing and reprogramming up new remotes. Once the remotes were replaced, the door had operated every time with the remote flawlessly.
Customer called about a broken cable, once I arrived on site I was able to confirm the cable was broken typed up multiple estimates for the customer gave him options for what he wanted as for quality/warranty. Once the work was completed, the door had operated flawlesslyand the door ran level.
Customer scheduled an appointment for opener issues. I diagnosed it as a broken remote. Opener options were provided because opener was older. Cables and bottoms brackets were rusted which customer did move forward with replacement
Customer scheduled an appointment with all American door because her garage door was not closing. When I arrived on site, I did confirm the door was not closing upon further inspection found that there was corrosion at the wiring of the sensors. I recommendation was to cut and re-splice wiring with gel caps. Customer authorized the repair. Once the sensors had been splice and had power and we’re operational, the door had opened and most importantly closed flawlessly.
All right, Customer had scheduled with our company because the door was not sealing up on the bottom properly. When I arrived on site, I was able to quickly diagnose that a cable had rusted out causing the door to sit a little crooked. Typed up two estimates gave my recommendations to the customer. Customer move forward with the recommended parts. Once the cable and bottom fixtures were replaced, the door had operated flawlessly.
