Customer scheduled an appointment because her remotes were not working, once I arrived on site I diagnosed it as a dead battery. I was able to replace the batteries in the remotes for her once I tried to actually operate the door using the remote. It was not working so I did end up having to reprogram the remotes to the opener. Once all wireless devices were actually operating the opener, the door was opening up as it should
Customer had a broken spring, I did have two special order the springs due to the size and weight of his door. Once I came out to do the springs and cables one other thing I did notice and recommend replacing was the rollers, Customer did authorize that once all parts were replaced and I got the door up and running an operational, the door had balanced very well, with the rollers being replaced it ran smoothly and efficiently
Customer called because he had noticed a cable head rusted out, and that his door was crooked. When I got on site, I was able to quickly figure out that the customer was correct, the cable did rust out and the door went crooked. Typed up an estimate for the customerto replace cables and bottom brackets because the bottom bracket is what causes the rust. Customer authorize the replacement of the parts once the door was leveled in and operational. It opened up and closed down smoothly and efficiency, without any openings on the bottom.
Customer schedule an appointment because their door was not opening. When they let me into the garage I was able to quickly confirm that a spring was broken. Did my full inspection notice that cables were fraying out. The rollers were worn and making a very loud noise and the end bearing plates were seized up, typed up an estimate for the customer. The customer authorized it. Once work was completed the door ran as if it were brand new. the customer was extremely happy.
Customer had called because her door had gone off track, when I arrived on site I was easily able to diagnose it as a cable that had rusted out. Had multiple estimates typed up for the customer to choose from. Customer move forward with the initial estimate given, work was performed. Once the door was operational, I was able to test it out and the door had ran up and down flawlessly.
