A service call was scheduled for a new door estimate. Once I got on site went over all options with Customer. Got all the necessary measurements for a new door to be installed. Estimate was typed up and sent over to the customer.
A service call was scheduled because the door was not closing properly. When I got on site, I found a cable had rusted out. I’m recommended cables, bottom fixtures and rollers because when the door went crooked, it was halfway open. Once all parts were replaced the door had operated flawlessly.
Customer called and scheduled because his door was not opening. The customer did say he had a broken garage door spring, once I arrived on site I confirmed that he did have a broken garage door spring. Typed up an estimate, including springs, cables, and bottom fixtures because cables are rusting out. Once all the work was performed, the door had operated smoothly and flawlessly.
Customer called because they were having issues opening up their door, once I was able to inspect the door. I found that a spring was broken as well as cables and bottom brackets were rusting out. I went over options with the customer as for the parts Customer like the sound of lifetime warranty parts so I did replace those parts for the Customer as well as the spring. Once all the work was done and the parts were replaced, the door had operated smoothly and flawlessly every time.
Customer scheduled an appointment because his door was not opening, once I got on site I diagnose the problem as a broken spring. Recommended replacement of both springs to the customer typed up an estimate which he did authorize. Once the springs were replaced, and the door was operational, the door had opened and closed smoothly during operation without any issues. The door went up and down as it should.
