I had an issue with connectivity. Joe came over and immediately addressed the issue. He also took the initiative and checked all the connections in the building to make sure everything else won’t have a problem. He also gave me a crash course on mbps so I have a better understanding on how it works and how devices affect the speed. Very happy customer!
