Joe came today to disconnect some equipment and add some new equipment and was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time was very polite and even empathetic to my situation. He was able to quickly take care of what needs to be done, left no mess behind and was very thorough, even reprogramming both remotes. He is truly an asset to service electric and an example for all other techs to follow. If I ever need help again I hope I can request him. Thanks Joe!!
