Wonderful experience. Very polite and extremely informative installer. He answered or showed me answers to all my questions. He upgraded many of my fittings on the branch cables, and tested all the lines. It was so nice talking with someone who knows the Lehigh Valley, (since he lives here). Last time when I had a problem with service I had to talk with someone from Arizona!! That was with a different cable company. Again fast, enjoyable, and competent install.
