We had an odd issue with our digital phone service showing off the hook when it wasn't. In minutes Chris figured out that the initial installation wasn't right. The AC power was still coming through the lines from the former Verizon Telephone line. This caused huge interference. He corrected this and our phone lines have never sounded better since we started with SE. Chris was quite courteous to my wife and I. He even removed his shoes when he entered our home. He never tried to talk down to us but rather explained everything to us in plain talk. Problem resolved in 20-30 minutes and our phone service was even better when he left.
